Our return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since you received the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unfortunately.
Your item must be sent back to us with a copy of your original receipt. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order Changes and Cancellation

If customer deem product to be unacceptable, there are 2 available options:
1. Customer should contact Skinny Coffee SuperBoost to request a Free replacement similar product or
2. Customer should contact Skinny Coffee SuperBoost to return the product that is deemed to be unacceptable to receive a full refund

"My tracking information says delivered but didn't receive it yet."
If we've confirmed with the post office and shipping carrier that the item has been delivered with a specific date, time and location. We are not responsible for missing items if insured shipping was not selected.
If our shipping carrier or postal office cannot confirm the item was delivered. Please contact us and report it, we will make the arrangements to send you another one.
If the package was delivered to the exact address the buyer entered and it was a wrong address, unfortunately, we won't be responsible for that error. So please double check the shipping address you filled in your shopping cart.
